7.1 We use cookies and similar technologies to run the store, remember your cart and preferences, measure how the site is used, and deliver advertising.

We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights, and we will respond within the time your local law requires.
11. Regional Rights
11.1 United Kingdom and European Economic Area. The UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you the rights in section 10. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or, in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. We aim to respond within one month.
11.2 California. Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against. We respond within 45 days. You may complain to the California Attorney General at oag.ca.gov.
11.3 Other US states. If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have similar rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to appeal a refused request. Contact us and we will tell you how.
11.4 Canada. PIPEDA gives you the right to access and correct your personal information and to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
11.5 Australia. The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
11.6 New Zealand. The Privacy Act 2020 gives you rights of access and correction. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
12. International Transfers
12.1 We are based in the United States and our service providers and fulfilment partners operate in several countries, including China. Your personal information will therefore be transferred and stored outside the country where you live.
12.2 Where we transfer information out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details.
12.3 We share only what is needed to fulfil your order, which is normally your name, delivery address, and contact details.
13. Security and Retention
